• Maintain only one Account per person. Multiple accounts are strictly prohibited and will result in immediate suspension.
• Keep your login credentials confidential and secure.
• Notify mdu303 immediately of any unauthorized access to your Account.
• Accept full responsibility for all activities conducted through your Account.

2.3 Identity Verification (KYC)

mdu303 implements mandatory Know Your Customer (KYC) procedures to prevent fraud, money laundering, and underage gambling. You agree to provide valid identification documents upon request, including but not limited to Indonesian ID card (KTP), passport, driver's license, or other government-issued identification. Failure to complete KYC verification may result in temporary Account suspension and withdrawal restrictions until verification is successfully completed.

3. Deposits and Withdrawals

3.1 Deposit Methods and Processing

mdu303 accepts deposits via major Indonesian banks including BCA, BRI, BNI, Mandiri, CIMB Niaga, OCBC NISP, and Bank Danamon, as well as e-wallets such as OVO, DANA, GoPay, ShopeePay, and LinkAja. The minimum deposit amount is Rp 50,000 for bank transfers and Rp 25,000 for e-wallet transactions. All deposits are processed in Indonesian Rupiah (IDR). Deposits are typically credited to your Account instantly or within 15 minutes depending on the payment method and issuing bank processing times.

3.2 Withdrawal Policies

Withdrawals are subject to the following conditions:

• You must have completed KYC verification before processing your first withdrawal.
• Withdrawals can only be made to bank accounts or e-wallets registered in your legal name matching your Account details.

4. Bonuses and Promotions

• Colluding with other players to manipulate outcomes or share information.
• Exploiting software bugs, glitches, or technical errors for profit.

Violation of these rules may result in immediate Account suspension, forfeiture of Funds and winnings, and permanent ban from the Platform.

5.2 Game Outcomes and RTP

Published Return to Player (RTP) percentages represent theoretical long-term payout rates calculated over millions of game rounds. Individual sessions may vary significantly from stated RTP. mdu303 does not guarantee wins or specific outcomes on any game.

8. Limitation of Liability

Your sole remedy for dissatisfaction with mdu303 Services is to cease using the Platform and close your Account.

9. Dispute Resolution and Governing Law

These Terms & Conditions are governed by and construed in accordance with international gaming regulations and the laws of the jurisdiction in which mdu303 is licensed. Any disputes arising from these Terms shall be resolved through binding arbitration rather than litigation. You waive your right to participate in class action lawsuits or class-wide arbitration against mdu303.

10. Account Closure and Termination

mdu303 reserves the right to suspend or permanently close your Account at any time for violation of these Terms, fraudulent activity, or any conduct we deem detrimental to the Platform's integrity. Upon Account closure, any remaining Funds balance (excluding forfeited bonuses) will be returned to your registered payment method after deducting applicable fees. You may voluntarily close your Account at any time by contacting customer support.

11. Amendments to Terms & Conditions

mdu303 reserves the right to modify these Terms & Conditions at any time without prior notice. Material changes will be communicated via email or Platform notification.
